HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You can track your order status by logging into your Outdoor Nation profile. Additionally, an email will be sent once your order has shipped containing tracking information.
MY ORDER SAYS IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED BUT THE PACKAGE IS MISSING. WHAT DO I DO?
This is a rare occurrence but does happen from time to time. Packages are generally delivered withing 1 to 3 business days in these situations. Please contact customer service at 904-479-2906 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for help with the order.
I ALREADY PLACED MY ORDER, HOW DO I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Please contact your carrier if your order was already shipped. You can verify this by checking to see if you received a order confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have not yet received a shipping notification, please contact customer service at 904-479-2906 or email us at email@example.com.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We only offer shipping within the United States currently.
